We enjoyed the neighbhood this home was in. Nice gathering spaces for our group. The home was missing some key items, but the host responded very quickly and got the items to us.

Looks better than the photos

I booked this place for a weekend event. I saw reviews complaining about extra charges so I contacted the host before hand and was upfront about my plans to host an event and the amount of people. The host quoted me a fair price and I was very satisfied with the location. We had more than enough space and all the furniture was very comfortable. I would definitely book this place again.

Spacious & Luxurious

Wonderful property-with a spacious living, dining & kitchen area! Really comfortable bedding & the master shower is a luxurious treat. Property is set on 2 acres behind a darling sun room, where the grassy area & huge trees are perfect for active families. Really perfect for a long weekend! Thanks Chase!

Great Place!!

We had a wonderful at this spacious property!! There was plenty of sleeping room for my entire team. It is quiet, in a nice area, and was close to our event center. The kids loved it!!

Amazing

Our family stayed here for our family vacation. The location is great. Nice, quiet neighborhood and it wasn't far from the places we were going to! We grilled one night and ate out the others. The house itself is amazing with lots of space! The kids loved the games and just the overall sports theme of the house. The basketball goal inside the room was a hit for our boys! Chase was amazing in responding to any questions! Nice property. Recommended and would stay again!

Stay at Wintergreen

The stay started off rocky with the cleanliness. When you are paying for cleaning you expect a certain level of clean. The place had bugs. We killed a few and saw one smashed in the drawer. There was food left in the middle isle cabinet. There was dirty towels in the bathroom sink drawers. The refridgerator was dirty and broken. The whole icemaker was missing. We had frozen food that we had to throw out and other food because the refridgerator was not cold. We salvaged some but had to use ice in coolers. The yard and layout of the house plus parking was great. It says event friendly but charges you 125 dollars extra. That was not in the description. The playroom in the garage was not included but advertised in the pictures. It was locked. Not sure if it was an extra fee for that as well. There was a cigar on top of the refridgerator. There were chickens and cattle next door which was interesting for the kids and some guests. This would be a great place if it was clean and had a new refridgerator and an exterminator to rid the bugs and ants. The communication was good but the refridgerator was not resolved. I'm a little disappointed but we enjoyed our family and friends. My brothers first time in Texas and birthday could of been a little better without those issues.We are greatful however and wish them well in making changes and upgrades. Blessings! Pastor I

Super kind and accommodating host!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was as described and the host was very responsive over chat. Everything from check in to check out went smoothly. The host was generous as to even ship to us free of charge an item we left behind. I highly recommend!
