1st floor - family room, formal dinning , breakfast area , kitchen and a bedroom w queen bed
2nd floor -3 Bedrooms(1 king, 1 queen, 2 bunk beds w 1 trundle bed )
Game room - Daybed with trundle . plus a sofa
Family room, two long sofas , one love seat.
House Nightly rate is covering first 8 guests , additional guests $20 per night per person.

Blue Moon House Rules :
1. Party rules: No Party Or Event. Outdoor quiet time is 9:30 pm - 8:00 am ( Please bring everyone inside by 9:30pm) . Only Registered guests or approved visitors are allowed. Accurate headcounts must be provided at the time of booking. Pre-approval is required for visitors.

2.Parking : Only parking on the back drive way or in front of our house only . No parking in front of any neighbor 's house, no blocking mail boxes. ( 2 on drive way , 3 in front of the house )

Violation of the main house rules (noise ordinance violations, unauthorized /excessive guests and/or vehicles parking in front of the neighbor's houses) can constitute a cancelation of your booking without refund.

3. Security cameras: One is in view of the front entry way and one in the view of drive way.

4. Our rate covers the first 8 guests; each additional guests /visitors are $30 per person per day. Please book with an accurate guest count, the system will provide an accurate quote before the booking is finalized. No unauthorized guests or visitors beyond booking.

5. Illicit Drugs or Activities: Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property, and no excessive alcohol consumption. If it is discovered that guests are not adhering to this rule their reservation will be canceled without refund and Guests will have to vacate the property.

No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoke is only allowed outside with butts in the ash tray .

6. Liabilities: HomeOwner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on premises. Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.

7. Pets require pre-approval, pet fee $30 per pet per stay.

8. Early check in - If available , it is $50 per hour. Late check out - if it is approved , it is $50 per 30 minutes . If not approved, it is $100 per 30minutes .

9. Issues - After you check in, if there are any issues with the house, please let the hosts know right away, Issues need to be addressed only during the stay. Picture or video proof is required .

10. Pool towels are not provided , please bring your own . We do provide bath towels.

11. We prepare the beddings for all bedrooms , if you need to use pull sofa or day beds, please give 24 hours notice for extra sheets and pillows .

Beautiful residence with ample space and an inviting backyard. Our family of eight greatly appreciated the comfortable accommodations, particularly the variety of sleeping options that allowed everyone to have their own space. This was especially beneficial during our family trip. During our stay, there was a brief power outage in the area; Christina responded promptly and kept us informed until power was restored. Check-in and check-out procedures were straightforward and efficient. Overall, our family would gladly choose this property for future visits.

Wonderful stay for big extended family.

The communication was fast and easy from pre-booking until check-out. The house could use a few cosmetic repairs, but overall it was a nice house. We like to play games so the large table in the front was wonderful! Plenty of beds for everyone without feeling too cramped. Wonderful stay overall!

Great Large Rental Near Grapevine Attractions

This home was great when you need multiple sleeping areas for a large family. Host was flexible and easy to communicate with. We only stayed one night for a wedding but this was just what we needed. We didn't use it because our whole group were adults but there was a cute backyard, playscape and gameroom.

Good Place for Board Gaming

Plenty of beds, sufficient bathrooms, good kitchen, and a big gaming table separate from a kitchen table, so we could game and eat - was exactly what we wanted. And being 15 min from a DFW terminal was perfect!

Great Spot for Great Wolf Lodge, DWA, etc.

We had a pleasant experience here. The neighborhood is very family-oriented and safe. We went to a nearby park with the kids and they loved it. The house was nice, although the game room floor was super sticky from a previous guest. I ended up cleaning the floor to prevent it from spreading. Parking in the back was difficult for 2 cars. My truck had quite a hard time, so I kept it out front instead. Property Manager was fantastic and communicated quickly.

Excellent stay for extended family

This property is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Plenty of space for the kids and seating options in the community rooms. I love that most of the bedrooms had tvs.. comfortable beds too! Very happy here for 9 of us.Great location for us. Thank you!
