Nice home to stay at while visiting Dallas/Ft Worth

The property was really nice and well kept. Although it was still cool, my kids wanted to swim and the owners had someone clean out the pool for us. It was very nice of them to get that done. There were only minor issues with the property but overall was a great stay and easily accessible to many things.

Great Get Away

Super great location. House was clean and comfortable. Pool area was relaxing but had a lot of leaves from the trees. That was okay but there was a lot of leaves on the bottom that would take hours for me to clean, and I like to rake pools. John from Evolve was very quick to communicate with us but, John the owner did not help at all. We had some fans and lights that didn’t work and would have been a quick fix from the first night. It was never taken care of our whole trip.

Nice place

Roomy and comfortable place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. We were only 10 minutes from the DFW airport and half an hour from Fort Worth. Enjoyed sitting by the pool during the day and by the electric fireplace at night.

Great time overall

Location and space were amazing. It was a little too cold to enjoy the pool but the back yard was great to host a couple local friends over. The grill worked wonderfully. Only issue we really had was the remotes for the fan in the bedroom did not work.

Cowboys Game Trip

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's very close to shopping, the airport, & Amusement Park. Clean & comfy for 6. The couches are a bit hard & wouldn't recommend sleeping unless a child. It could use a few blankets for the colder evenings We took a Cowboys tour & game which is 30 minutes with traffic. The Stockyard is Amazing and full of history. I would stay here again!

Convenient Location

Appreciated the modern and clean design. Perfect place for a long weekend with friends located between two bustling cities so didn’t feel rushed and could alway come back to relax by pool.

Nice

Nice home that was redone. A little difficult to correspond with the host, cannot use the in box, rather text someone directly. Which when you find that out, he is super quick to respond. What to know: AC has a limit low of 68. Even at the lowest allowed, it climbs over 70 if hot outside. The fans help mucho. The vent in the master bathroom does NOT work. No air comes out and it is a sauna, which affects the bedroom! I figured out it helps to turn the mstr bathroom exhaust fan on and keep it on and shut the door at all times.

wonderful property

We were in town to see the Cotton Bowl. this location was only 20 minutes to the stadium, less than 20 minutes to DFW and 30 minutes to downtown Dallas. Great house with comfortable beds. Plenty of space. Wish that we could have been there at a time of the year to enjoy the pool. It looked inviting.

Beautiful house. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Extra linens provided. Easy access provided. Excellent communication. We did not use the grill or the pool but looked great if you wanted to use them. TV use requires personal streaming service but there’s one in all the bedrooms and living areas. We would recommended this house.
