The views of the mountains are the best in Mcleod Ganj and the location is fantastic for all that the area has to offer. "Wonderful Tibetan hotel, a treasure in so many ways. Lovely people, lovely place and a lovely location. Minutes to the Dalai Lama Temple, the Kora circuit and the markets. The place itself is beautiful and a paradise away from the hub bub of taxi stalls, markets and the energy of the city. The Hummingbird Cafe was delicious! We ate Tibetan foods everyday and loved each meal. We bought a beautiful artisan Tibetan picture frame from their mini store in the cafe. All proceeds go toward the Tibetan...

"Really enjoyed staying at Mount View. I was visiting for a month and enjoyed my room and waking up to the amazing mountain view every morning. The room had everything I needed, and the hotel was set in a perfect location in the city near everything. The staff was always kind and looked after me and couldn't do enough to make my stay pleasant. I would definitely not stay anywhere else if I returned to Dharamshala."
