"Pulled up and garbage all over the front. Opened the door and smell made us gag. Hair all over bathroom so we left and did not stay. Horrible area of town, property is disgusting"

"Finch House is a wonderful property. The location right beside a stream is peaceful. All of the light switches are labeled!! That is a level of detail much appreciated. The entire aesthetic of the home was perfect. I coild have sat for hours outside on the patio or the sheltered shed porch. Thank you John and Kathleen for such a pleasant stay. Definitely "exceptional".P.S. As someone who grew up in Westmoreland County, I have always loved the town of Ligonier!"

"I am actually a local a few towns over and needed a weekend getaway and decide to try skiing. This condo was super cute and the perfect size. It had everything you needed and more. My suggestion to anyone staying is to explore the property when you arrive so you know where everything is at. I am horrible with directions and couldn’t find the pool. "Spent the weekend visiting family. Enjoyed staying in downtown Windber and walking to our favorite bars and restaurants. Property was in a perfect location on Somerset Ave. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We look forward to booking again in the future."

"This is a comfortable, small house on a gravel road in the woods near Blue Mountain State Park. Kitchen is well furnished. Property manager Tori was very helpful when we couldn't figure out how to switch from a/c to heat. A great back deck with shade from big trees. Mostly quiet--an occasional car goes by on a bigger road nearby, and one afternoon there was target practice or fire crackers. A good place to relax and get away, but the wifi works if you want to be connected."

"Our family loved our stay in this perfect, cozy mountaintop retreat. The location can't be beat as it is literally the closest home to Laurel Mountain Ski Resort. The place had everything you need for a great time away, including wonderful little touches such as the wood stove being prepped for a fire upon our arrival. The owners' communication was exceptional from checkin throughout our stay. We are already in the process of booking another stay at this lovely cabin."
