The building has an elevator, making it easy to transport luggage and groceries right to the apartment door.<br><br>Amenities: <br>Bedroom & Living Room: A peaceful night’s sleep and plenty of relaxation are guaranteed by a very comfortable 2 m x 1.8 m bed with new comfort mattresses and adjustable Schlaraffia slatted frames, as well as fully blackout curtains. The ambiance is complemented by high-quality designer flooring.<br>A new, comfortable leather recliner for watching TV and a new, very comfortable, high-quality leather couch also promise a cozy atmosphere.<br><br>A linens package can be provided by the cleaning company for €36.00 per person. It includes: bed linens, 2 hand towels, 1 bath towel, 1 shower mat, and a dish towel.
