Viatges a Dagmersellen

We arrived late and had to walk out of the main building to the other building down the road. Signage could have been better. Otherwise the room was fine, toiletries and hot water shower great. Breakfast was good.

We booked the "Romantic Suite" through Expedia, only to discover that the room was completely windowless. Although the listing described it as being below ground level, it did not disclose that there were no windows whatsoever. In fact, the description mentioned "blackout drapes", which rather suggests that windows exist! What makes this particularly disappointing is that Expedia's listings in other countries apparently disclosed that the room was windowless, whereas the UK listing did not. Despite raising this issue, the UK listing still hasn't been corrected as of November 2026, meaning future guests could book without knowing what they're getting. I would strongly advise anyone considering this suite to be aware that it has absolutely no windows. This is a significant detail that should be made clear before booking, especially for a room marketed as a romantic suite.
