Què li ha agradat: Neteja

House was great. Boat rental and management company ruined the weekend. We asked if we could rent the boat from Thursday-Saturday since we could not check in until 4 Wednesday and out by 10am Sunday. Confirmed with a written response. When we were charged for the extra day, they again agreed in writing prior to check-in that it would be corrected. We assumed it was being provided by a certified rental company which is what is required by the state. The boat was covered in spiders, mud wasp nest, the canopy would not stay open and there were exposed wires near the captain’s seat where the console was missing a part of the steering column, old food in storage areas. Friday morning the boat would not turn on. Only then informed that the boat is the homeowners personal boat. There would not be a replacement boat or charged battery brought out. It took 4 hours to send out the house cleaners (not a boat mechanic) to the house to charge the battery (not replace). We were unable to use the boat for most of the day. The rental company refuses to honor their documented agreement (with written proof) and has not refunded the 400. We have sent multiple messages and have just been told that they are looking into it for over 10 days now and now they have stopped responding all together. They do not want to discus anything on the VRBO app and refer you to a number that is not monitored. We gave them every opportunity to make this right.

Great communication with hosts! Very nicely laid out accommodations, great for hosting large families! Another perk, being able to bring our family pets! So thankful they got to live their best life in the water and the yard! Love the porch and bed swing! The dock was nice with nice layout! The additional option to rent the pontoon boat was a bonus! Thank you again!
