US-301 runs through town just minutes away and connects to I-75, putting Wesley Chapel shopping about 20 minutes south and Tampa about 45 minutes away. Downtown Dade City, with its boutiques, antique shops, and local restaurants, is a short drive. Rideshare coverage is limited in this part of Pasco County, so we recommend having your own vehicle rather than relying on Uber or Lyft.

-Smoking: No smoking is permitted inside or on the property. Smoking will result in a $250 fine

-Laundry: Washer and dryer on the property with complimentary laundry pods and dryer sheets

-DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, and similar on-demand deliveries are welcome during your stay. However, no mail or packages may be sent to the property. Please have packages held at a local post office, UPS Store, or other pickup location. Any mail or packages delivered to the house will be refused and returned to the sender. We cannot accept responsibility for lost, delayed, or returned packages.
