"Room was beautiful and nicely appointed. It fit me and my daughter perfect for our girls only trip. The only inconvenience was taking a shower since the walls were all glass. We had to plan our showers since the other person had to stay on their side of the hotel room when the other showered. Staff was always friendly! The hotel was RIGHT next to the train station, making it so convenient! I will definitely stay here if I return to Taipei!"

"This hotel goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We stayed during New Years and they served food at midnight and provided rain gear to watch the fireworks. We had an early flight and they packed a breakfast for us. They are just so considerate every step of the way. The rooms were clean and provided everything needed. "

・客室：広々としておりベッド、トイレ、バスなど不具合個所はありませんでした。さらに娘いわく、「鏡台があるのが神」と高評価でした。
・サービス：清掃は毎日やってもらいました。あと良かったのは、1階にラウンジめいた場所があり、コーヒー、紅茶、水、お菓子、カップラーメンが自由に飲み食べでき、素晴らしかったです。
・スタッフ：どの方々も挨拶してくれ社交的で安心感がありました。また早朝に空港行きのタクシーをお願いしたのですが、事前に料金を教えてくれて助かりました。
これまで7回ほど台北に宿泊してきましたが一番良かったです。またここに泊まろうと思います。"
