The whole place needs renovations badly. There is mould all over. Paint flaking and peeling. Air cons perfect. Cleaners do a good job.linen changed once a week. Slippers provided were not matching sizes. There was a child size dressing gown ( for woman) Ladies size 10-12 (for men) I was informed. The rooms we had for 2weeks were above the noisiest open space kitchen. We were woken up 6-6.30 every morning with the chopping and cooking and loud conversation. Rooms 201 and 202. They fried fish and cooked smoked fish for their lunch that smelled right through our rooms every day from lunch time till 1.30-2pm. We never used the so called swimming pool as it was in the lobby in full view of everyone coming in and out. People leaving and waiting to be checked in and out, waiting for taxi drivers or food deliveries. In the 2weeks we never saw a single person use the swimming pool.Simply because there is no privacy and it is open to all weather above, insects ( geckos and myriad bugs from greenery).Buffet Breakfast is a joke.An ancient toaster so slow. Your toast ended up like a biscuit. All Vietnamese dishes.2 fruit varieties every day.Bananas and dragon fruits. No cereals.They provide Congee local porridge. Vietnamese salted coffee and watermelon juice watered down. No international dishes. We requested eggs sunny side up one day. Asked for omelettes another and got scrambled egg no onion or tomato just egg flipped. Staff did not speak English.We used translator on mobile. No value
