We spent 2 weeks at Louis Mo and all and all it was a good experience. Our room got clean towels daily and beds were made as well. The only problem we had was the room below were smoking in their bathroom which drifted into our bathroom/bedroom.

綺麗な部屋で快適に過ごせました。立地もビーチに近く、問題なし。看板犬も可愛い。スタッフも親切でした。次も機会があれば絶対にここにします。ありがとう。

蟻がずーーーっといました！ ダナンは常に蟻とお友達かなと思っていたら、次のホテルも、その次のホテルも蟻はいなかったので。 このホテルステイ中では食べ物の保管には、かなり気を使いました。 他の設備は問題なく良かったです！ チェックインは時間を過ぎてもちょっと待ってね、から20分以上待ちました。そこも含めてベトナムタイムですよねー！

Clean room, friendly staff, great location only 5 min walk to My Khe beach. We did enjoy our stay in the penthouse - spacious room and good size balcony to view the city and the sea. Just the furniture and decor wasn’t my style. There was only one table downstairs also the couch was kind of uncomfortable and was not a suitable place to sit a whole family.

とても親切に対応してもらいました。 ダナン最終日、ホイアンよりのリゾートに滞在していましたか、レイトチェックアウトに10万円近くかかるとのこと。。。スパでの時間潰しも考えましたが、レイトチェックアウトはやめて空港近くのこちらのホテルで深夜便を待つことにしました。 12:00チェックアウトで、13:00ころ到着しましたが、すでにチェックインオッケーとのことでありがたかったです。５人だったので、お部屋もランクアップしてもらい５人分のベットもありました。シャワーとトイレも二箇所ありましたし、大変快適でした。冷蔵庫も助かりましたー。 買い足りないお土産も近くのスーパで購入、ミーケビーチやカフェも最後まで楽しめましたー(^^)21:00まででしたが、５人で1万円台です。洗濯機も無料で貸してもらい、帰宅後も楽できましたー！！

Tolle, geräumige Familienoase in Strandnähe! Wir waren im August als fünfköpfige Familie (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) im Louis Mo Apartment in Vietnam und hatten einen wunderbar entspannten Aufenthalt. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat: - Unschlagbare Lage: Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Alles Wichtige (Restaurants, Cafés, tolle Massagen und Lebensmittel) liegt direkt vor der Haustür. - Toller Service: Die Gastgeber und das Personal waren super herzlich und kamen jeden Tag vorbei. - Familienfreundlich: Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und das Hotel absolut ruhig. Die kostenlose Nutzung von Waschmaschine und Trockner war für uns als Großfamilie ein riesiger Pluspunkt. - Kleines Optimierungspotenzial (daher ein Stern Abzug): Wir hatten leider keinen Balkon, was zum Trocknen der Badesachen schön gewesen wäre. Für die Zukunft würden wir uns im Zimmer eine Dusche statt der Badewanne sowie einen eigenen Besen und/oder Staubsauger wünschen. Durch die Strandnähe schleppt man doch einiges an Sand mit rein, den man so schnell selbst hätte wegsaugen können. Fazit: Wunderschöner Familienurlaub in Vietnam. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This hotel has all the amenities we need and within walking distance to everything. Close to Da Nang airport and the staff are very helpful n friendly too. Will stay here again next time visiting Da Nang!👍

優點:服務人員態度友善、生活機能佳，從飯店步行到最近的巷口轉彎就有許多餐廳及便利商店、地下室有免費的4台洗衣機跟2台烘衣機。 缺點:餐桌及廚房角落有許多小螞蟻到處亂跑、早上5點多就聽得到雞鳴聲。

Everything was great. We’ve lived in two other apartments before this, and this is the best amongst them all. Love the location, stones throw away from marts and spas. Theres a drinks cart round the corner where a lady sells coconut for 25k, go support her! Ask for a chilled coconut. Plenty of spas and eateries around, beach is a quick walk away Why to do better on: 1. Ants. The unit is infested with ants. Our food gets attack when left on the counter, I’ve mentioned this with the receptionist twice, for the 3 nights we were there. It never improved, it worsened instead. I very much dislike how tenacious ants are, once they visit they never stop showing up 2. Communication Horrible comms wise, no replies on any questions asked. If there is, it takes 2+ days. I had to confirm there’s a cot available for my baby and that exchange took way longer than necessary 3. Swimming pool looks dirty

Everything was easy and convenient. Staff on site were very friendly and issues promptly resolved. Close to the beach and the main restaurant and bar areas. Good value overall. Would stay here again.

롬컨디션, 친절 위치가 전반적으로 좋습니다. 다만 욕조있는 화장실 한곳이 샤워를 하면 물이 다 튀고 배수구멍이 떨어져 있어. 물바다가 됩니다. 야간에 생활소음이 조금 있습니다. 사소한 문제를 제외하고는 만족스러웠습니다

Such a nice place to stay in Danang

So glad we booked this apartment. It is spacious and really comfortable. Plus there is a washer/dryer machine that came in very handy during our 5 night stay. It is located on a street that smells wonderfully of Rangoon Creeper and is only a five minute walk to the water. There are lots of places to eat nearby. We loved that this apartment is two storied with decks on both. Plus the rooftop pool is lovely. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the penthouse for 5 nights and overall, it was a very good experience. The penthouse had 2 floors, linked by a nice wooden spiral staircase. For 2 people, it was quite enjoyable. First floor has the living room and the first bedroom (with a bathroom with a bathtub). On the second floor, there is the kitchen / dining area and the second bedroom (with a bathroom with a shower booth). The penthouse was in a good shape and nicely decorated but some things could be better: some furnitures, like the sofa in the living room and the dining chairs were worn out/stained and looked out of place. The amenities were appreciated and practical but the combo washer /dryer didn't work well. We didn't have much clothes to wash but it never dried completely, even after 4 hours in the dry mode. Having access to 2 balconies is rare in Da Nang, but it was a bit dirty/not maintained. The employees were nice and polite, they helped us when we had questions. The room was cleaned daily and it was done well and fast. The fact that there was someone at the desk 24 hours a day is a big bonus (for safety reasons and also no need to wake someone up if we came back late). A free garage space was available for the rental motorbike. The area around the hotel is quiet, but very close to all the interest points (5 minutes to the beach, even less to coffee shops, good & affordable restaurants, massage salons, etc.). I would recommend Louis Mo Apartment and I would come back for sure.

Lejligheden var ok, og rengøringen tæt på ok. Men morgenmaden var ringe, tør toast med lidt smør, peanutbutter & syltetøj, Bánh Mì eller en kedelig suppe var hvad vi fik (1 valg pr person) Vi var 7 personer, og havde første morgen bedt om 5 glas juice. Da vi bad om et glas mere, fik vi at vide der kun var 1 glas pr person !!! Man spiser morgenmad i et lille lokale med 3-4 borde, og der er så også et stort bur med 2 katte og deres kattebakke… det lugtede ikke specielt godt. Med mindre man elsker katte, ville jeg ikke vælge morgenmad på det sted.
