Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Und nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder :)

Property was in an excellent location although you had to lift your bags up the steps through to Gordon’s burgers and bagels to the lift although it is also handy having Gordons burgers and bagels downstairs when you come home needing a snack

We stayed for 10 days and had a very good experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of cafés and shops nearby, and the beach is only about a 5-minute walk away. The staff were excellent, and communication via WhatsApp was extremely efficient and convenient. There is a pickleball centre next door, so you do hear some noise from there. Other than that, the property is surprisingly quiet, which is a real advantage in Da Nang. The air conditioning worked very well throughout our stay. The only real downside was the quality of the bed linen. It felt quite worn and really needs replacing. Overall, a very good stay with an excellent location, helpful staff and a peaceful atmosphere.

The room was clean on arrival and after each clean. The desk was easy to contact via WhatsApp. There's a water filtration system in the room, which was super helpful. Great amount of essentials, including kitchen supplies. It made for a very comfortable stay. The location is also perfect. Close to many great restaurants, and the beach is just a short walk.

Clean room, but had a bit of a musty smell. Not too bad though. Comfy bed and it was in a great location. Staff were friendly and the room included a water filter, so no need to buy water.

Location is key, and it’s right in the middle of so many restaurants, bars, and shops. Also 2 blocks from the beach. Transportation was easy. Would recommend.

Excellent stay and location

I stayed here for almost a week and find everything to be excellent, from the condition and cleanliness of the room to the customer service and help from reception to housecleaning. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended!

Excellent, quality hotel with the sweetest staff on reception. Very new hotel with some unique features such as keyless door entry, water filter in kitchen, underground parking, washing machine, Netflix on TV, separate bedroom/living room with partition

距離海邊很近，一樓是咖啡廳很讚，有電磁爐可以自己煮，鍋、刀、碗筷都很齊全。但是放在櫃子裡的備用衛生卷紙疑似有蟲卵。其他都打掃的很好很乾淨。

property was clean and well located by restaurants and cafes. The room had a clothing washer which was a plus. Room was a bit noisy during day (local construction) and in the early eve (local bar bands). Overall easy for us to live with.

So firstly I was a bit confused when I arrived because the hotel is above a bagel shop, maybe I didn't read this before but the elevator is inside the bagel shop up to the lobby. This was quite underwhelming, the lobby just looks like a office room but the staff were nice and helpful and allowed me early check in. The room was spacious, with a kitchen and washing machine, nice bed and balcony area and bathroom was good size with shower and standing tub. My room was on 3rd floor and I have to be honest it was very noisy from the pickleball place next door, there was so much noise from the actual racket sport noise to someone talking over speaker which was loud and would go on most of the day. Also the road is very noisy but it does quiet down around 10pm. The hotel has issue with power cut both days I was staying and the generator was also next to my room so was very very loud, staff were polite and apologetic and tried to fix asap but the first time it lasted a while over an hour and I just wanted to rest in peace. They offered me 10% off future stay but this doesn't really help me though is a nice gesture. The saving grace of this hotel for me was the rooftop pool, it was actually peaceful up there, never busy when I was up there and lovely views all around. Also the location though busy and noisy is central to shops and beach. Overall the main perk for me was the pool but I don't think I would stay here again to be honest.

I did not feel what I paid for the room was worth it as the pictures on the website was different than the actual accommodation. I was also caught by surprise to be woke up at 8am by drilling sound above my unit and only got a text message by 10am from the staff informing on the drilling sound - I was not please with their service and I was not happy with my stay. - Location : Strategic to food/cafe/bars - Close walk around 5minutes to the beach

Attentive staff who were kind enough to offer an early check-in, spacious apartment, comfortable bed and good location. However the amenities provided in the penthouse were underwhelming for the price... you're given 2 of everything, i.e. 2 spoons, 2 forks, 2 knives, 2 towels (but no hand towel), plus it had no balcony chairs/table and no dryer. A penthouse should be luxurious and have much better quality amenities than standard apartments... unfortunately there was no air of luxury here. Lastly please reduce the amount of messages you send, most guests wouldn't want to be contacted after check-in. Hopefully the management takes this all on board to improve the offering.
