"All the staff are courteous and show service excellence. The room I stayed was comfortable, clean and had amenities like a drinking water tap. The safe malfunctioned but the staff came quickly to resolve the issue. A simple upgrade that would be welcomed is to have a few USB points since many devices need charging by USB these days."

"The hotel seems to be designed for couple getaways. As a solo business traveler I felt awkward and was given a room right by the check-in counter. The biggest issue I faced was at checkout when 4-5 staff descended on the room to 'check' it and a couple minutes later a young man came out waving the white bed-sheet showing me a blue marker stain! "Everything is good because it's cheaper compare to other, staff really responsive, the cleanliness is good, if you are looking for just stay at night, and at the morning you go travel around, it's recommended 👍"

"The best hotel of our trip so far! Spotlessly clean room with modern furnishings - big enough for two of us with luggage to be comfortable. Super friendly and helpful staff that offered us a free early check-in at 1pm. Great location in new town (although be prepared for a bit of a hike if you're walking from the railway station). Close to markets and restaurants. We'd definitely stay again."
