"The property was a calm, inviting base with fantastic spa facilities and mouth watering menus, even on my first night when the restaurant wasn’t open but ate in the comfortable bar area. My bedroom was large, comfortable and beautifully decorated with everything you would need in a bedroom/ensuite. "

"Based on the fact that this is a budget hotel, the staff are amazing - endlessly helpful and patient with guests. We arrived when all the systems had gone down and the poor reception lady was being pulled in every which way - but she was still so polite, smiling and helpful. "

"Part of the Wyndham chain, this hotel is situated just off a roundabout on some main roads with a good sized car park nice and close to the entrance which was fortunate due to the monsoon weather. I was greeted warmly on check-in . The room was smart and clean although the window was quite an old wooden frame. The hotel had a decently equipped gym which I made full use of. The shower was so good that I had to turn down the pressure which is a first for a hotel shower. I slept well in a very...

"Great location and staff "

"The service was amazing, as was the amazing food and generous portions. The ambience was great too, including the music! The room was clean and cozy, and the velux windows were a lifesaver at night. Though the area can be a little noisy at night. Great location if you're planning to do the Four Waterfalls walk."

"This hotel was really easy to get to and only a 15 minute walk to the train station that can take you straight into Cardiff. All the staff were welcoming and lovely and the room was clean and the bed was comfy. "

"Popped down for a 3 night stay after having a hand operation. It was a really good idea as it stopped me trying to do anything I shouldn’t have been doing and it gave my husband time to spend with me as opposed to having to run around for me. Staff as usual friendly, helpful and wonderful!"

"The room was very comfortable, clean and had wonderful views of the mountains. The bed was lovely and comfortable, and the breakfast was just superb. Although quite a treck around narrow winding lanes to get there...it was definitely worth it. Lovely family-run bed and breakfast...I would highly recommend it. (Stayed 2 nights - 25th and 26th July, 25)."
