2-room apartment for 4 people near the beach with balcony and swimming pool and sauna in the house. The living room has satellite TV and FM / DAB radio and a separated from the living room sleeping alcove with double bed (each 90x200 cm). The bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (90x190 cm). The separate kitchen has all the necessary appliances (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) and a dining table for 4 people (a high chair is available). The indoor pool with stairs and counter current system can be used free of charge. Sauna / steam bath are chargeable (Münzbetrieb). Automatic washing machine and dryer in the house (Münzbetrieb). Parking and Internet access via W-LAN are free of charge for the tenants. For smoking please use the covered balcony. Bed linen and towels are to be brought along (or by appointment) .In addition to the apartment's balcony, the large sun terrace on the roof of the house can be used for sunbathing.

Sauna / steam bath are chargeable (Münzbetrieb). Automatic washing machine and dryer in the house (Münzbetrieb). Parking and Internet access via W-LAN are free of charge for the tenants. For smoking please use the covered balcony. Bed linen and towels are to be brought along (or are provided by appointment).

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 06:00 to 10:00.

Schöner Urlaub an der See

Haus Frauenpreiss hat einen gewissen Retro-Charme, ist aber mit Schwimmbad und Sauna super ausgestattet. Die Lage zwischen Wald und Weide mit 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand ist toll, nur zum Einkaufen läuft man länger bzw. fährt ein Mal die Stunde mit dem Bus. Auch das Apartment hat Retro-Flair, aber alles was man zum Urlauben braucht. Sehr sauber, problemlose Kommunikation mit (nordischem) Humor. Vollumfänglich empfehlenswert.
