Only issue was the air con unit was difficult to turn off from the panel and soon realised there was a light switch by the bathroom (weird wiring) that turned it all off as the room was very cold to start with. Apart from this, it was perfect for a night’s stay. "

You think you are buying into an experience you can enjoy for a weekend. Unfortunately you are just getting a room. Even if you splash out for a great room, it’s just a room. Then spa is extra, the breakfast is extra, everything is chargeable, plus hidden charges. And the greatest scam, the rooftop is members only and not available to guests at...

"Stylish rooms but lacking any drawers for clothes and very limited closet space, especially if you are staying for more than one or two nights. Also the bathroom was beautiful but needs some shelving and the shower door is flush with the floor so you cannot place a bathmat outside the shower, its as if the designer never used a shower. The onsite Turkish restaurant, which we only had breakfast at, was quite good with very interesting, delicious offerings. Also the adjacent bar was well stocked...
