"We stayed one night but wish we could stay longer. Clean, large rooms. What was unclear during reservation but was a great surprise when we actually got there is that if u are a guest of the hotel, you get access to many nature attractions around without having to pay extra. So the hotel is on a privately owned land and on the same land are waterfalls, ponds, hiking trails. As a guest you have free access to all of these while non guests have to pay to access them."

"The restaurant was good for dinner, not a la carte breakfast which was so-so and overpriced. There were things advertised for that were not available like all day coffee and tea; room service; inability to bill your room for food in the restaurant. The gift shops were great. The room could have been better. There was no microwave nor an amoir to hang coats and put away clothes. Rewards amount wasn't given or clear. The concierge was helpful in recommending other tours that her company couldn't...

"We only stayed one night when travelling through, but wished we would have had more time to enjoy the horse riding and ziplines. The dinner and breakfast was prepared for us by wonderful staff, and they catered for vegan, vegetarian and carnivores in our family group, including our 2-yr old grandson. "We stayed in the Ron Ron suite. Wonderful views. Great food and service at the restaurant. Hotel was difficult to find since it was the evening. The viewing platform had great views but lots of bugs and ants up there. "
