Wir hatten zunächst ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss nahe des Eingangs zu Anlage und baten um eine Prüfung, ob wir nicht ein anderes Zimmer bekommen könnten. Leider klappte es nicht gleich für die erste Nacht, aber der Chef der Rezeption sorgte dafür, daß wir für die restlichen Nächte ein anderes Zimmer beziehen konnten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Reinigungspersonal arbeitet schnell und baute uns zur Begrüßung aus...

"Very courteous and friendly staff who were able to answer questions and guidance for our travels. Due to a pool repair in one area of facility we were upgraded to another area with beautiful pool and room. The room was clean and larger than anticipated. "

The property does a great job of having constant transportation available to move around the grounds since it’s so big. Loved our room and the quiet pool area was very relaxing with beautiful views of the ocean. All meals were great! Favorite restaurants were Aqua and Portofino. We also loved their buffet and that it had authentic Costa Rican food as options. As for the staff they are all top notch. Everyone...

"All spaces, rooms, restaurant, interior, exterior, and grounds extraordinarily clean. Even the chrome condiment containers were wiped clean every use. Without exception friendly helpful staff. Eager to help. Anticipating customer needs. You were missing an opportunity if you don't book your stay at the Palms at La Playa Coco. It also includes cooked fresh free breakfast. On-site restaurant is above average and one of the top choices in town. Beds were comfortable."

"Staff were so lovely and welcoming. The activities at the resort were good, we booked a package from their website as we only wanted to do some of the activities and the package they offer at the resort is all of them for $120. They allowed us to split up our activities over two days so we did most of them one day and the hanging bridges before we checked out the next. There aren’t many options for food around the resort and I feel more than 2 nights unless you are driving to do an activity...

Kahvaltı çok yeterli ve yine çok özenli. Gerçekten burayı seçtiğim ve kaldığım için kendimi şanslı hissettim. Odanın camına konan tukanları verandadan muz yerken izleyebildim. "The host is amazing, and the hostel offers good value even though, on some evenings, there was a power outage and sometimes we didn’t have water at the property. Overall, it's great, and I will definitely come back when we travel here again."
