Viatges a Curneen

Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. Upon arrival, the walkway to the apartment was dirty, and there was a dead bird near the front door, which created a very unpleasant first impression. There was also a strong odor on the main level throughout our stay. The apartment itself could use some maintenance. The carpet was old and stained, and the insulation was poor, so outside noise was easily heard from inside. The TV was not working when we arrived and wasn’t fixed until the following day. We also had issues with the washer/dryer. The dryer cycle did not work, and although staff came to inspect it, we were simply told that “it doesn’t work,” which was frustrating since this amenity was advertised as part of the rental. Front door can’t be locked and the doorbell outside doesn’t work. On a positive note, the beds were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was updated and well-equipped, and the towels were clean. Overall, while there were a few positive aspects, the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and lack of functioning amenities made this stay fall well below our expectations. We hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Very helpful staff (Annie is great) place is old grandeur. Single critique is how early the pool/sauna shuts.

We had a fab stay and got an upgrade to the presidential suite. Breaker was very nice also
