"Parking was great. The cleanliness and up keep can be greatly improved. Sidewalks and parking lots are full of debris, items that can be easily swept up. Outside trash containers were never emptied during our 5-day stay. By the time we left, they were past overflowing. Housekeeping staff reported there were spots on the bedding from our dog and charged us an extra $30. I'm still trying to figure out what they were referring to. I checked bedding prior and saw nothing. We never ate...

"The property is brand new, so everything was clean and in good working order. Aside from that. No pool in Yuma AZ? Breakfast consisted of packaged pastries and yogurt. Coffee was bad with only flavored or sweetened creamers available. No daily maid service. Rooms cleaned upon departure or after 7 days. Whichever comes first. Tried to check in 15 minutes early with only 6 cars in the lot and was told I would have to pay an additional fee. Price was only a couple of dollars less but not...

"Didn’t do. Breakfast but had bananas and were fresh Didn’t do hot tub because it was busy when we wanted to go. Pool looked a bit merky but we didn’t swim anyway. "

"I have stayed here twice, 8 years apart, and both times it was clean, had everything I needed, and was sensibly priced. One can get newer and fancier in Yuma at twice the price, but for what it offers at the price, La Fuente is hard to beat. It also has a nice, lush courtyard."
