"Our first impression was a porch that needed work, and an entrance door that needed to be replaced. The property could have been better cared for. The room was clean, and the amenities were sufficient. Contact with the host was good, although we did not receive any instructions until we got there. The neighborhood itself was once very nice, but has certainly degenerated over time; we did not feel completely comfortable as there was much police activity in the area including a knock on our door...

"Great place, super clean and quiet neighborhood. Lacking a few essentials like pot holders and kitchen towels. I purchased some from Walmart for the duration of our stay. Would have been nice to have a baking sheet for the oven. Also could have used some extra hand towels. Other than that a good place to stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"Home was quaint. Kitchen was complete with everything needed for cooking. Large refrigerator. Back yard has a swing set and a fire pit. Side yard had a tire swing. One master bedroom, and two twin beds upstairs. Living room has two couches. Location of the house was perfect. Close to most everything. The tree house restaurant is close by, very good! And of course don't forget iggys right near the water. "
