"Not sure if they have plumbing issues or what but there’s a weird scent coming from the sink and shower that seems to be masked with air freshener. Some of the other guests have the same issue. Also, room service never came to our room to exchange the towels in the 3 days we were there. Other than that, it’s a good enough hotel. They have a shuttle and around the corner there’s a comedy club, bowling alley, and AMC Theater."

"Hotel rooms need some updating and refreshing. Bathroom vent had no cover. Bedside lamp didn’t work. Furniture looks like it’s from a thrift store. No extra blanket in room. On the plus side, breakfast was good and shuttle efficient."

"空港からはとてもアクセスがよいですが、シカゴの中心地からは地下鉄を使って45分ぐらいかかります。最寄り駅はCTA Blue lineのCumberlandですが、ホテルから駅までの道は分かりづらかったです。 部屋は清潔でしたが、隣の部屋の話し声やテレビの音はよく聞こえます。 朝食は3つ星ホテルなら妥当でしょう。野菜がトマトとキュウリのみなので、野菜スープとかあればよかったです。 スタッフの態度や設備は良かったと思います。"

"Noisy under construction, old in need of updating bath products and amenities are horrible. No extra anything, and all in large built in containers anyone can tamper with so I had to buy product for my stay. Had 12 rooms all billed to me and received no receipts for any of them. Billed rooms to those I had already paid for. Just a bad Hilton experience altogether "

"This is my second time staying here, and I would definitely stay a third time. The location is great. It's close to the Allstate Arena and there's lots of food options and shopping nearby. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast buffet is simple but pretty good. My kids also loved the pool. "
