"Until Premier inn scrap their hard 3pm check in they will always get poor reviews. 30+ degrees and people begin to build up in reception. After 3pm it’s chaos for staff trying to check everyone in at once. 3 knocks at that door in the morning by housekeeping, presumably trying to turf customers out so they can squeeze another £15 out of someone."

"The staff did there best in what is not a very nice place. The whole building was a mix of transit and famillies arriving sugestion temporary accomodation. Not even the reception manager showed up to do something about it nor apologise for the situation. At the end of the day, I didn't get my parcel which was worth more than £100 and I had breakfast on the first day but not on the second as I was leaving early. The second day breakfast was paid for but not the first day but they couldn't change one day for the other and they made me pay £20. You would expect at least having breakfast complimentary for this situation. Just an awful customer service in my opinion."

"el hotel es muy grande y anda mucha gente, pero es muy cómodo. cama tremendamente cómoda. Habitación amplia. SPA bueno para una desconexión al final del día. Desayuno muy bueno. la única pega que a eso de la 1 de la mañana empezó a sonar un ventilador/compresor en el baño que daba una conexión central. por lo demás, como para repetir."
