"Great location and loved the room and artwork everywhere. It was a great room and liked how there was a separation door between the two rooms.
I wish there was more communication. I tried reaching out about my room details, but was left unanswered. Lucky, the room situation with the two beds works out!
Overall, loved the room, beds were a bit firm (but I like more firm beds) and everything was nice and clean. Would stay there again!"

"Everything about this hotel was excellent - the staff went over and above when we had trouble with our rental. The breakfast offered was great - everything you need to start your day. The only downfall I can find is that there was no parking on site. The parking was in another building (only a short walking distance) but it was another fee to have to pay."

Don’t miss the best porridge you might ever eat! Complimentary beverages and snacks, comfy common areas, and a literary theme throughout - it’s through and through charming. Thank you!"

"We went to Derry to learn about the old and more recent history of the city
This B and B is situated just north of the old city walls offering easy access to the Peace Bridge, Guild Hall, local tours and nightlife
We were very happy with the location and our hosts cooked up a wonderful Irish breakfast to ready us for a day of exploration - finding parking on the street right in front was easy"

"Soon after my father's unexpected passing we contacted the hotel with a request for a refund. We sent several messages and left a phone message explaining the circumstances and that we had to fly home. We eventually received a message stating that they would not refund our stay even though there was 2 weeks to re-rent it to someone else. We understand that it was within their rights to not refund our money. Our experience though was that each and every hotel besides this one had compassion...
