"Unfortunately due to my daughter being unwell we were unable to stay at this property, I have given it a 1 star rating as I had no communication from the owner at all other than to request payment & didn’t even acknowledge that , I did inform her that I wouldn’t be able to stay but still no response! Very poor way to conduct business! Politeness and acknowledgment costs nothing "

"Fantastic accommodation which was ideal for our extended family of 10 of various ages. Also was helpful to have the space with the rather inclement weather whilst we were there. Great communication from Ian who was flexible enough for us to extend our stay by another night as we didn’t want to go home!Would love to stay again. "

"Very brief stay as travelled for the solstice but lovely property. Loved the history and little features. Nice garden also. Very peaceful and a lovely pub nearby thats walkable."

"Lovely peaceful stay, Tony is very welcoming and helpful. The scenery is beautiful and there are great walks. The location was terrific for driving to lots of the towns and villages. "

"Great location close to Sandy Park in Exeter. Easy train ride into Exeter. The cottage was clean and we had plenty of linens. Cozy space with everything we needed."

"The bottom lock on the front door is too stiff. One side of the double bed is broken. There is no mention of the parking permit and car park on the agents website. "

"Meet up for a family birthday with infants. Chosen for central location from where we live. Lovely house and gardens with excellent facilities. "

"A lovely cottage with everything you could need and more..Location is beautiful and quiet, about 15 minutes from the nearest village. "

"Great stay in Mimosa lodge at Moor View. Hosts were very friendly and were able to accommodate our needs. The lodge is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and extremely comfortable.Location is excellent, very central for getting around.Would certainly stay there again."

"The listing is a very fair description. The quality of the accommodation is excellent and it's clearly cared for by the owner. Communication wise absolutely fine with the owner. Access was easy. The location is great. I would certainly recommend this host and this property."

"Amazing apartment beautifully kept and so very clean Ideal for some one that has an elderly person as there is a double room and en-suite downstairs with a twin and bathroom upstairs was perfect for our stay and would recommend highly "

"Fabulous property in a perfect location. Communication with Tony, was excellent from start to finish. The property was everything we needed for the week, even if the weather maybe was not. A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising. I know we'll be back again in the future x the week"
