"My son and I stayed for one week in July. The location was perfect. Beautiful views around the house and very quite. Lots of deer sightings. Spanish limes growing on a tree on the property. The neighbor was wonderful! Tom was very responsive to every need. Quick drive to every beach and I think we visited 5 total. Highly recommend!"

"This house is an easy drive to all the beaches and restaurants but also away from town so that you have privacy. There is plenty of room and lots of beds. The washer/dryer are under the house and bring your own soap! I pack laundry strips. The views are great from this house. A jeep/car is needed to get up the steep driveway."

"La propiedad es cómoda y muy bonita y limpia. El área es segura y tienes de todo muy cerca. la pasamos bien mientras estuvimos allí. El GPS no te lleva directo al lugar, así que mi consejo para los que se vayan a quedar es que una vez estén cerca del sitio, miren en el GPS las calles alrededor y pregunten. Así fue que llegamos nosotros sin problema. "

"Great location…just across the street from the beach where we went kayaking and snorkeling, next to sea food restaurant which was pretty good, did the Cabezas de San Juan tour which was interesting and at walking distance…a whole lot of restaurants and places to go nearby..thats what we loved most. The studio was clean, and spacious enough for us two..very practical. Good kitchen and appliances. Great for early breakfast before hitting the beach/road. Very peaceful."

"This was the perfect location for our week in Puerto Rico! Located just across the street from Seven Seas Beach, this clean and beautiful condo was easy walking distance to the ocean and several restaurants, plus it was an easy drive to Old San Juan, Luquillo and El Yunque National Forest. Plus, most evenings we could watch the sunset from the rooftop patio. Wonderful! "

"This is an excellent vacation home just across the street from the beach. Well maintained and stocked and very comfortable. We cooked, brought in take out, barbecued on the rooftop, and drove a mile or so to Las Croabas, lined with various restaurants. Walkable but we drove and were lucky enough to always find a parking spot.The owner provides beach towels, easy to carry beach chairs, and a cooler and likely more, but that was suitable for us. "Condo was beautiful and large. They had every convenience available, from beach chairs, towels, beach bags to everything you would need to do laundry. The location was great, you could walk right across the street to the beach. I can’t say enough good things about this VRBO and host. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had."

"Our stay was amazing! The house is located very conveniently with close proximity to several grocery stores, El Yunke Rainforest and Luquillo beach. It was also an easy drive to San Juan. The house itself has everything you need. The host, Sally, has thought of all the details! The little extras she had were really helpful. Such as extra shampoo, conditioner, suncreen, etc. The kitchen boasted many extras and any type of cooking accessory you would need! I was nervous at first about there...
