"Checking in and out a breeze. We are not computer people so when every thing is done through apps or web sites makes it tougher but worth it. The Home was clean, well maintained, and had all comforts of home. Pool was well maintained. location to our hunting area was great. Found everything in working order. Brownies that were on the table was nice to see and tasted great. Would deffently stay here again if ever in the area."

"We stayed at the Barta house for a weekend in May. House was very cleaned, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable. The location was good and the neighborhood was quiet. We will stay here again. "

"We had such a relaxing time staying here. Our host Tracy went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. The fresh lemonade, cinnamon rolls, farm fresh eggs, coffee bar, and the extensive amenities of the house itself create the perfect getaway. The attention to detail, with the seasonal decor, was fun to see. We loved the privacy of the two hallways on either side of the kitchen and living room. "Pros- Very clean, peaceful, and nicely decorated. Asthethically, very beautiful.Cons- Our bathroom towels in master bath were damp, and the person who lives across the street parks directly at the end of the driveway making it difficult for vehicles to back out of the driveway. Overall, we definitely recommend staying with this host and would stay again. Thank you! "

"The rooms are nice size, there is not fenced in yard! if you plan to cook bring your own pots, pans and just about everything else the kitchen is not well stocked"

"Would give a higher than 5 rating if possible, absolutely floored with the beauty of the property and home. Also, the ease of access to the home and responsiveness of the host was second to none. Made so many new memories with our family there. Highly recommend, worth every penny and we will absolutely be back! "

"The Cozy Pea was perfect for our visit to Shiner for family events. Had plenty of space. Property is convenient to town and Shiner family. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. The Byrds are great hosts. Will stay here again when visiting in the future."

"We had a great stay…house is cute and really clean. Be sure to notice that the kitchen is the only common living area…we hadn’t noticed. We felt like a few more items were needed in the kitchen such as a toaster, salt and pepper. It’s 3 blocks from Shiner Brewery. Very nice porch. Overall a good choice."
