Joan was great highly recommended for a location to stay place was clean and had all amenities that you need and some extras. For a couple great place to stay in keys.

Quiet Community Great Stay

This was our second time staying here. Great location, nice community with lots of amenities and private beach. Relaxing, quiet, close to State Parks and great restaurants. Great place to relax and enjoy the Keys lifestyle.

Perfect place to stay

The home had everything you could need or want in a vacation home. Venture out is a large park with lots of amenities but surprisingly quiet. It’s in a great location to visit Key West or Marathon. I will definitely consider a stay here when I return to the Keys.

Venture Out (VO) in Paradise

The destination was exactly as described on VRBO and perfect for the purpose of our visit, which was to visit family on an adjacent key. The VO amenities were good including realistic rules which were enforced by on site staff.

Perfect!

Super clean. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable king bed and sofa bed. Cozy and nice surroundings. Enjoyed swimming, family time and evening golf cart rides around the park.

Great place to stay

Property was really clean and organized. Owner thought of everything. We have stayed in other places at Venture out but this was our best. Looking forward to comeback next year.

Fantastic Island Getaway

Great location and nice little resort that the property is on. The host is very responsive and accomodative. The property was clean and exactly as posted on the listing. Close to good restaurants and key west, snorkeling, Bahia Honda State Park and lots that the lower keys has to offer. I would definitely stay at this location again. Five stars.

September in Cudjoe

Great communication. Perfect sized unit for my husband and I. It’s very nicely furnished and turnkey accommodation with beach towels, kitchen utensils and household supplies. The community is friendly and has nice amenities like the pool and hot tub. Convenient to Key West. We will be back.

Paradise Location

Joan and Dave were great host. They have a very clean home to offer. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of closet space for us. Location couldn’t be any better. They even had a couple of bicycles to ride. It was a memorable 2 weeks for us. Thanks for your hospitality!!

Perfect!

It is immaculately clean and conveniently located to wherever you want to go. I was traveling alone and not familiar with the area or what to do while in the Keys but Joanne is the sweetest and helped me so much. Her and Dave are wonderful.. I felt like I was at home You will not regret this little jewel!!!

Unwind in paradise!

Joan was an exceptional host!! She made us feel like we rented the place from someone we know - she was absolutely wonderful and the best host we’ve had. This lovely spot is exactly as advertised. The place was also spotless with everything to make your stay comfortable. We loved having bicycles and the hot tub and pool were great. Everyone was friendly - it’s a lovely and safe community to enjoy this beautiful area. I also really enjoyed being close to Key West but removed at the same time. Highly recommend!

Island Paradise is one of the best equiped vrbo locations we have stayed at. We would rank it one of our top 3. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and cooking implements. The owner provided plenty of beach equipment to take in a day at the beach and also provided bikes to take out and explore the resort area. Joan was very attentive to our needs, an excellent host. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Key West.
