"The positive first:
Very clean, spacious, kitchen equipped with the minimal necessities which is enough for a week stay. The A/C works super well and quiet!
Maintenance and cleaning staff were very responsive and professional.
I would have given a 5 star if it wasn’t for the sofa bed. It’s in a very bad condition (deformed and very very noisy). I wrote to the renting company and they responded very fast. I was told that the sofa beds will eventually be changed. They could only offer me a...

"The rooms are very, very bare bones, and pretty dumpy. Dirty, stained carpet and couch, two towels, two forks and knives, no salt and pepper or coffee or tea, no extra garbage bags. And the hallways are pitch black. If you have very low expectations and a very tight budget, this place could work. Make sure to get a room with a balcony, I would have hated it without that.
The area of town is great for hopping on the tram or bus, both very close by, and there is a lidl down the street, but here...

"Accommodation is very nice and clean. Rooms are great and well appointed with plenty of space. The staff were super helpful and there is a 24 hour reception desk. It feels like a hotel, but with a fully equipped apartment for self catering. We had a great stay here in an excellent location in Budapest.
