HOUSE RULES:

1. No smoking or vaping within 25 ft of a doorway of the house. We will impose an additional fee if our cleaning staff smells smoke after your stay.

2. No events, gatherings, or parties. No outside visitors are allowed on the property without the permission from hosts PRIOR to your stay. We reserve this home for our confirmed, overnight guests.

3. No pets. Evidence of a pet will result in a $250 charge.

3. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am to respect the neighbors & in accordance with city ordinance.

4. Follow checkout instructions in the Guest Manual before departing. (we're not going to make you clean, we promise!)
