"Amazing hotel food in the restaurant was beautiful and lovely experience and nice to see the hotel in such great shape. The spa facilities were great and easy to access and very clean. I would like to especially mention the bar and restaurant staff who worked in the evening who were so so plesent and welcoming making everyone in the resturant enjoy there time. Once again such a great experience."

"Lovely Hotel with very helpful staff. Unfortunately we had a night of no sleep. I informed the hotel that I was celebrating my Mother's 80th Birthday. I paid for a deluxe quadruple room for myself my Mother and my Daughter. The room was pleasant but smaller than images on the website and I feel overpriced for the size of room.Also we were kept awake by wedding guests right outside our window making lots of noise and swearing until the early hours! "I’ve stayed here many times before. In my opinion this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my visits to Liverpool. It’s in a great location, not too far away from the city centre. Liverpool One is approximately a twenty minute walk away. It’s a nice walk along the dockside. The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are friendly and really helpful. "We were very unimpressed with the state of the building. We were in a tiny room in the attic with a bathroom that had no air con or extraction or any window that would open. The main room had a single socket that was practicably useful but from which it was impossible to position a fan to point at the beds. The patio area outside had broken glass on it that they seemed oblivious to until we raised it. It was cleared up half an hour later. There was torn wallpaper in one of the corridors....

"The swimming pool is out of order at the moment. was not notified of this when booking only a couple of days before I arrived. I was allocated room 56. Make sure you don’t get this room unless there is a heatwave. It was so cold that I had to ask to be moved during the night. The radiator does not appear to work in the room.
