"Clean large room "

"Excellent friendly staff very clean hotel though out the only thing that could have been better was the lunch and dinner menu not much choices also I noticed pool quite cold for me and shower and bath water was just warm not hot and I like a hot bath not a warm bath. "

"I had a lovely large room with a wonderful view of the golf course. Generally the room was clean and tidy, but there were areas that looked a bit dreary. Carpet was threadbare in places. The staff I had interaction with were friendly and welcoming and very helpful."

"Cosy room. Clean bedding but the mattress sagged towards the middle which might have made 2 people sleeping in it uncomfortable"

"The rooms were beautifully furnished and very comfortable and the staff were delightful. O wish I stayed more than one night. "

"The bedroom was basic but comfortable and clean. However, there was only one small wondow giving very little natural light. The heating seemed uncontrollable and the staff tried to help but without effect. The bathroom is a wet room. There is nowhere to hang towels. The extractor fan is very weak. We were not aware of a parking charge before our arrival. Parking is limited with insufficient spaces. "

"Fan went off every 20 seconds during the night, wasn’t aircon as that was switched off so not sure what it was but kept me awake all night. Door didn’t lock properly when vacating the room. Tried about ten times. Eventually got it to lock, but when I was inside the room had to put a chair against the door as I was unsure if it was locked from outside as I was a lone female traveller. Normally stay here for work but won’t be staying again. "
