"Very nice apartment, very clean. Comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to restaurants and Liverpool One. Had underground parking which is a bit tight if you have a large car but very handy. Would definitely stay again. Good value for money."

"This was a very beautiful appartment and we would definitely stay here again. We only stayed for a very short stay so didnt have any time to explore the nearby area. "

"Brilliant little gem of a place. Received an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite prior to arrival. Self checkin was super easy and room was made up with fresh towels on the 2nd day of my stay. Nice touch with sweets in the room and also having a little kitchen area in the suite was very useful."

"I have been to Liverpool before but none the likes of this one. The property provided my friend and I with ample room to circulate in addition to having our own private space. The amenities were excellent, as well. It was near transportation hubs, and the a short distance away from the City Centre. This will not be the last time I stay there. Highly recommended by yours truly! "

"Property was very clean and all communication handled over WhatsApp. We were moved to a different building the day our booking was meant to start due to maintenance issues. This was all handled via WhatsApp. Reception in different building, 10min walk away. There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother. Sofa bed is actually just a hard sofa that folds at a 90 degree angle. I’d only put a child or person weighing less than 40kgs in it. Other beds...

"Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. The property advertises itself as a Hen and Stag Party venue but that never appeared as part of the information on the Hotels.com website or we wouldn't have bookrd it!
