"This is the 2nd time that I've book an IHG property and when I get there to check-in, they tell me they've sold out of the room type I reserved AND paid for! 2 Queen beds for me and my son! This time, I was there early enough to insist they accommodate my reservation. Not so lucky in Tallahassee last time. The front desk clerk mentioned it was because I booked third party - though Expedia would want to know. In addition, they do not have complementary breakfast."

"Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items...

"The hotel is beautiful and very welcoming. The staff were all great and worked diligently to ensure we were taken care of from check in to check out. We both agreed the bar seems a bit understaffed and it took a while to get served, but it wasn't because the bartender was slow or ill equipped for the task, it was that she was covering the bar, the restaurant and the guest sitting in the bar area. The restaurant wait staff and hostess were very friendly and work hard to accommodate us even though...
