"We loved the house. It was very clean and roomy. This house was built to be lived in. What a great location for a day visit to Macinaw Island or bridge access and northern Michigan. Some highlights: Red Tail Fox in back yard, Extra cedar sun room ( favorite morning coffee place), very comfortable beds and furnishings, Very Very clean, Fire pit with lots of outdoor seating, full kitchen, terrific master bedroom with spa tub and big walk-in showers. "It was a cute place. Perfect for the 4 of us. Having access to the pool and hot tub, plus the lake was perfect. The view is beautiful. Very clean and cool from the summer heat inside. We would definitely stay again. "

"We booked this property for a last minute get away and we were pleasantly surprised! The room was cute and clean. The property owner was responsive and helpful. Parking was great and it was wonderfully situated close to shopping & restaurants. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. The bathroom could use updating, but that maybe in the works as it sounds like the property may have changed hands recently? This isn’t the Ritz-Carlton nor should people expect it to be. "This will be our "Go To" place to stay in Mackinaw. By far the best place to stay if you like privacy, convenience and the perfect location. We slept 6 with no issues. Would be amazing for a couple. We will be back. "

"It was a great location - right on the water. The cabin was rustic. Shower and toilet were less than I hoped for. Lock on front door was hard to lock from inside. And, there was no secure lock on back door."

"Nice cabin, garage door opens with a big screen which was very helpful to cool off the cabin at night. Very nice!John was amazing. "

"Booked last minute due to change of plans, owner was very responsive and even allowed early check in due to getting the site cleaned fast! Very friendly and easy communication. This was an amazing experience and stay."

"This is a super cute little motel. It’s right in the middle of downtown, so walking distance from everything! It was perfect and the host was very nice and helpful with questions and also responded in a great amount of time! Would recommend and would stay here again! "

"This is the perfect house for multiple families and the huge kitchen is a perfect gathering spot. Nick was very responsive and answered every question we had immediately. We absolutely loved our time here and plan on rebooking next year."

"What an amazing stay. The property is absolutely beautiful with all that you would need. The views are spectacular and we would enjoy just watching the waves, boats and birds. The property had lots of lovely little touches that you will absolutely appreciate. From s’mores sticks, binoculars, fire wood, extra blankets, a/c for the hot days. The best bit was Steve and Eva and their wonderful family. It was so lovely to get to know them and we would love to come again. "

"Cabin was very clean, cute, and cozy! We brought our 1 year old for his first trip up north. This was a great location for us. 30 min from the beach we like to go to and about 5 min from downtown harbor springs. Owner and kind neighbors gave us firewood that lasted us the entire week which was wonderful. Lots of s’mores made! If you have young ones the cabin is right by the street, so you gotta keep an eye out so they don’t run into the road but our guy did just fine. Would definitely recommend...
