"This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. "The house was beautiful. Good spot for visiting downtown Houston, drive wasn't bad at all. Easy check in and out. AJ was very responsive with questions I had, I asked quite a bit lol. Whenever I do come back to Houston, I'll definitely look the house up again. Thanks you so much for allowing us to stay! "

"We had a great stay with 9 people. The house is large and has the old house charm with some very nice renovations. Plenty of room and a great outdoor space. Near downtown and convenient location.
