"Everything was as expected. Even being a lower level apartment, I was never cold. The bed was super comfortable! The neighborhood was really quiet, as I barely saw anyone around. If I ever again need a place to stay in Sioux Falls I would definitely check to see if it was available. "

"This house had everything down to the marshmallows and sprinkles for hot chocolate. The halls were decked. Our granddaughters loved the reading knook. Our nine year old granddaughter loved the craft supplies. I packed essentials like laundry detergent and coffee and discovered laundry detergent and coffee! "The fenced yard was perfect for my dogs. Having wonderful laundry facility was so helpful. The location was super close to the hospital facility. Overall it was a wonderful, relaxing and very affordable “home away from home” during a medical crisis that allowed my husband to receive the treatment he needed. I would HIGHLY recommend the Cottage for a wonderful stay in Sioux Falls!"
