"Our room was beautiful. It had a king size bed and the en-suite bathroom was a good size. The only downside was that the toilet flush handle was broken but still worked. It could have done with better lighting in the bathroom as you couldn’t see in the mirror very well. The room was immaculately clean and had a sofa and tv with easy to connect to WiFi. Personally I struggled with comfort of the bed as I found it too soft but it was dressed with clean sheets and had extra pillows in the wardrobe....

"The apartment was great, conveniently located for Newcastle City Center (within a short walk, or short hop on the Metro), Jesmond Metro station and restaurants and cafes in the local area. Check in via the adjacent Holiday Inn was quick and efficient and access to parking (free with the apartment!) was easy. Still nice but unfortunately we could not get the electric shower to function and when I intended to report this there appeared to be nobody around . Still a nice venue in a pleasant setting. "I just stayed with my 16yr old daughter overnight for the uni Open Day. It was a nice hotel in an old building with a well kept garden. Room was comfy and clean with nice features like a window seat, newly decorated bathroom. It had a lovely sash window but peeling paintwork on the outside window sill made it look more shabby than it needed to. A few things in service could be better to be 4 star.
