I asked for an accesible room and the one offered had dirty walls, stained carpets, totally unacceptable. I finally accepted one with less issues but it had courtains with holes, the desk chair was old, dirty and had broken linings. "You have to pay a security deposit of £250 on top of a cleaning fee of £150. We left the property spotless and the later claimed there was something on one of the doubts, not the douvet cover so they had to incur extra cleaning charges.
