"New, clean property and rooms were clean. The rooms are incredibly small like NYC small. What makes up for the small room was the staff. Mary was exceptional, friendly, helpful and delightful! Erin was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious!!!"

There was a washing machine but no washing pods left, even though when speaking to a lady in another apartment in the block (rented by Number 1) she’d been left pods. We’d been travelling for a month so needed a washing machine, which is why we’d booked this specific accommodation. "L'appartamento è situato nella zona del porto, vicino al mercato del pesce e vicinissimo a una serie di ristoranti. Il check-in è tramite keybox. L'appartamento all'interno è fantastico, con arredi nuovissimi e di buon gusto. Ha persino lavatrice e lavastoviglie e quindi raccomandato anche per permanenze di diversi giorni. Ho avuto una piccola difficoltà a far partire il condizionatore, ma l'host mi ha risposto in tempo reale via whatsapp e il problema è stato subito risolto."

"The property was the perfect location. Close to all the amenities and a great coffee shop nearby. The room was very clean, the bathroom was very compact, shower was quite narrow. Elegant & very ornate building with high ceilings. Everything was great, except l didn't realise these older buildings have many flights of steps & no lift. ln this case we were on the 4th floor (9 x flights of steps), so in the heat it was challenging with luggage. For older people, l would give it a miss."

"The property smelled like smoke on arrival. The bathroom sink leaked, and the owner was informed that it was not repaired during the stay. Perhaps the fix was more complicated. The location was good and the building was quiet. The internet was weak but workable. "

"Great intention, disastrous execution. The apartment smells like rotten potatoes, and the smell is clearly coming from the washing machine, which is old and needs urgent replacement. Using it will make your clothes and the apartment smell like hell. The overall hygiene of the apartment leaves to be desired, specially in the bathroom, kitchen and sofa. No amenities whatsoever (soap, detergent, or kitchen basics). It's a pity because other than that the apartment is spacious and well located....

"I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel."
