"Jasper quickly responded to our messages and gave us helpful info on the area. Lower Montague is a beautiful area. The cottage sits on a small knoll overlooking the river that flows into Georgetown Harbor. The cottage was very clean, modern and had all the amenities we needed for 4 nights. The bed was very comfortable. It is bright and sunny and open. There are heat pumps that provide air conditioning or heat. It is a very quiet spot. The Confederation Trail extends into Montague & we rented...

"Emplacement très calme, vue sur l’eau. Épicerie accessible à 10 minutes pour faire des repas sur place. Très propre. Ce qui serait apprécié, chaufferette à placer dans salle de bain, la chaleur du split (air climatisé et chaleur)ne se rend pas dans cette pièce et la chambre à côté. Le matelas double et les deux lits simples pourraient être un peu plus moelleux. Je recommanderais."

"This property definitely has the WOW factor. Beautiful kitchen and dining/family room. Very modern and clean. Quiet area with a good view of the bay outside the living room window. Perfect for a large group to use as a home base as you travel around the island. We wish we had more time to enjoy the vacation home. We will be back, Thank-you, we had a wonderful time."
