"The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

"We liked the convenience of the area & all the things within walking distance & the price. Having a parking spot included was a plus. Upon checking in we noticed a puddle of water in the bedroom coming from a leaking air conditioner. We called the host & they answered the phone immediately. They contacted maintenance to fix the issue. The place was fairly clean but the floors should have been swept better, especially in the corners. "This was a wonderful place to stay. Clean, updated, and styled quite comfortably. We were attending a concert across the river in Cincinnati, and had no trouble driving or Ubering into town. The check-in process started off rocky, but was able to be resolved efficiently. I didn't have a number to call, but the rental company responded quickly to emails. I would definitely stay again."
