"Beds were great with clean, fresh linens and firm mattresses! Pillows were good too Negatives........our roomwas right above the bar and we were kept awake til 11:00 PM which was midnight Alberta time after a tiring 5 hour drive. I suspected trouble when i found complimentary ear plugs by the bed!!!! ..."

"Terrible stay. Do not stay in rooms 221 or 223 or you will not get any sleep. There is the hotel linen washing machines directly below that run at all hours of the night. Hotel staff are aware of the problem and dismissed it as "every hotel has a noisy room" and "you should have booked directly and ..."
