Summary:
Completely renovated 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo in the Crested Mtn Condo's.  This is truly slopeside!  Beautiful granite, garage parking, hot tub.

The Space:
This is a beautifully renovated Mt. Crested Butte condo. It is located in the Crested Mountain complex which is truly slope side. Literally walk out your door, around the corner and pop in your skis/board and ski down to the Red Lady or the Silver Queen lifts. Its an easy walk to restaurants, retail and the free shuttle to town.

The condo has been recently renovated with high end finishes. You'll find marble and natural stone that adds a truly glamorous finish to the kitchen and bathrooms. This is a 2 story condo and there is an outdoor flight of stairs from the parking lot and an indoor flight of stairs to reach the front door to the condo.

The main floor of the condo has the living/dining and fully equipped kitchen. It also has a powder bath and your very own washer and dryer. Warm up after a long day on the slopes with the fireplace and kick your feet up to watch a little television in the living room. There is also a pull out couch in this area. Walk out the sliding glass door to the balcony to look at the ski runs.

The second floor hosts 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom consists of a king size bed and ensuite bath with a natural stone shower. The guest bedroom hosts a double/full size bunk bed (2 full mattresses) with a single trundle bed (suitable for a child) underneath. The full bath for this bedroom is directly across the hall. This is a fantastic property, you won't be disappointed!

In the winter season, please note that because this condo is on the slopes, you may hear the groomers in their cats in the middle of the night readying the slopes with some perfect corduroy for the morning.  

Please note that the hot tub is open seasonally.  In the winter season it is open from opening day to closing day and in the summer it is open mid-June-Labor Day. If you are coming before or after these times and the hot tub is important to you, please ask if it will be open.


No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.  There is 1 parking space in the garage and 1 outside. The garage height is 80 inches.  Vehicles measuring longer than 19ft bumper to bumper, including hitches and any type of rack, are NOT permitted in to park at this condo. Vehicles longer than 19ft will be booted and/or towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.

The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind.

CRESTED MOUNTAIN PARKING POLICY.
Due to minimal parking available, no more than one vehicle of any kind shall be kept, maintained, or allowed on the exterior of the Crested Mountain Condominiums owner’s garage for each residential condominium unit.
Vehicles may not exceed 19 feet in length, measured from the front bumper to the end of the vehicle, including trailer hitches and bike carriers. Regardless of vehicle length, the end of the vehicle may extend no further than 20 feet from the garage door. For example, a vehicle that is 19 feet long must be parked no more than 1 foot from the garage door. The purpose of this rule is to ensure that each Unit’s parking space is not obstructed and that there is enough room in the parking lot so that each parking space in front of every garage is fully accessible by car.
Each vehicle must have a parking permit that is clearly displayed and visible from the exterior at all times while parked on the premises. The parking permit must contain the following information: (1) the Unit number, (2) the phone number for the current occupant of that Unit (the person who has the keys to move the car), and (3) the name and number of the Property Management Company for the Unit.

Guest Access:
Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.

The Neighborhood:
The Crested Mountain Condos are as truly ski in/out as they come. Located slopeside you can walk to anything in the base area.

Getting Around:
A car is not needed. Walk to the transportation center just a few minutes away.

Located right on the mountain, this unit is on the 2nd (Kitchen/Living) and 3rd floors (bedrooms), so be prepared to do some stair climbing. Overall we loved our stay and very happy with the accommodations and would love to come back.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! Absolutely loved how convenient the condo was to the lifts. The condo was very nice and very well appointed. The description was accurate with the snowcats grooming at night and the amount of steps to the condo. These did not bother us at all, but we appreciated knowing these beforehand. Thank you again! Our stay was lovely.

We've been to lot of rentals throughout the states and world. This one was one of the best and easiest rentals we've stayed at. Family loved the location of easy on/off the slops. Kids ran out on the slops at night to watch the stars and even played with a fox running around. Condo was clean and communication with staff was top notch. Looking to stay here again next year. Thanks for letting us stay. Yes, there are stairs and the snowcat works at night, but wasn't a major issue on our end. Oh and one last thing...kleenex boxes in every room?!? Tell me you know how to manage a property without telling me you know how to manage a property? Haha.

Great condo right on the ski lift! Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Heads up the property has a lot of stairs! Three flights getting to the front door! And with Adult kiddos joining us the bunks in the 2nd bedroom were not ideal! But overall the comfort of the downstairs and 1/2 bath on the 1st floor and cleanliness and decor of the entire condo we were very comfortable! The snow cats loves to groom the trail right below the condo between 2:30am until 5am when they go into reverse the beeping is extremely loud! Although it was loud it definitely gets you up and ready to be the first down the trail! Lol! We had a great time!

You can tell that the property owners have pride in their property and that they want guests to be comfortable. I really appreciated the tower fans since it was a hot week in CB! We also really appreciate being able to use the garage.

Great location, fairly well supplied in the kitchen. Had some trouble getting into the unit and did not hear back from the property manager until the next day. Eventually got in after going out for dinner but it was frustrating to have to wait. Worth mentioning that there are 42 stairs breezed to get into the first level of this unit. Not a big deal for me but if you have older travelers, or are coming from the lower elevations it might be allot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was me and my late teen son and everything was perfect for us. The condo was clean, cozy, and well outfit. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped for our needs. And the property hot tub was amazing for sore legs after skiing / snowboarding. The only (very minor) challenge we had was at check in getting the proper door codes to work, but a quick call remedied this. They are in the process of updating the locks/check in, so I fully expect that the process is already resolved. We will be back!

This is one of the best properties on Crested Butte Mountain, absolutely in the middle of everything. Truly a ski in/ski out and made our stay better than ever. Renting this was a breeze, management keeps you well informed. Best vacation ever!!

We loved the location of this property! It's right next to the slope, easy to get to the lift and even easier on the return down the slope. All the skiers in our group loved this about the property. We would definitely return. The grandparents loved being able to watch the rest of the family come down the slopes and relax in between. We really appreciated the half bathroom on the living room/ kitchen level, especially the grandparents who were feeling the altitude. All the other guests we met at the jacuzzi and in the parking lot were super friendly. We needed a toilet fixed upon arrival, we were able to contact the property manager immediately and it was fixed the next day. We enjoyed watching the machine groom the slopes ready for the next day. Our kids appreciated the 2 disc sleds, they popped out to join other kids on the slope in the evenings. The kitchen is huge and beautiful with new, clean appliances. We did fine with the steps into the condo. Most of the steps are inside, private access and give you a place for your skis. Our group: my parents in their late 70s, spouse and myself with our 14 and 10 year old kids. Sleeping setup was not great for our group. My parents took to master bedroom which was perfect. My husband took the lower bunk in the second bedroom, with me on the top bunk. We took the mattress off the trundle and laid it on the floor for the 10 year old. The 14 year old slept on the couch downstairs. The mattresses on the bunk bed are not great. The mattress on the trundle is not really a mattress, you can feel the wooden slats underneath. The ladder for the bunkbed is not ideal (narrow steps and the top hooks were loose). We drive a Ford Expedition with a cargo box on top. It snowed each night we were there. The snow builds up in the parking lot and leaves a tight spot much tighter. We backed up to the garage as much as possible and was able to get some of the cargo box under the overhang. We were fortunate not to have a car either side of us during our stay. We did use our car once each day, the exit out of the private condo lot onto Emmons Rd has a hill which was slick each day. I slid out each day and observed others doing the same. Emmons road ends right there and people use that spot to drop off and turn around so it can get congested. On the last day I slid within a foot of one of these vehicles. Definitely something to be aware of!

Great: location, tile work, furnishings, garage, hot tub, kitchen appliances, plenty blankets. Really Nice! Patio is very nice. Beware of need to climb private stairs(interior) to front the door-steep and high elevation gets ya wanting more O2! We plan to return. Shay was great helping us out.
