Summary:
Adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath home on Elk Ave.  Across from the town tennis courts.  Dog friendly!

The Space:
Terrific 2 bedroom, 2 bath stand alone home right in the heart of town on Elk Ave, within 1/2 a block to the free shuttle to the mountain, practically right across the street from the town tennis courts. Bring your pooch!

As you walk into the house you will find a functional mudroom to put your boots, shoes and some of your gear. Continue in and to the left is the living room and to the right is the kitchen. The very functional kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and a dining nook.  The living room has a pullout sofa and a smart tv with Apple TV connected to it.  While the pictures show a fireplace, it is no longer operational as the owner put in a boiler years ago for heat. The downstairs is all wood floors except for in the mudroom which is tile. There is a full bath on the first floor with full sized washer and dryer.

You will find 2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bath. One bedroom has a queen bed with a full futon. The other guest room has 2 twin beds.
There is a large deck overlooking a fenced in backyard. You will also find a gas grill on the deck year round.  

The free town shuttle stops right down the street at the Four Way Stop which will take you around town and up to the ski resort. 

This is a dog friendly property where 1 well behaved dog is allowed. Additional dog may be considered, please contact us to discuss. No cats allowed.

The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.

Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you.  If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.

Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.

The Neighborhood:
Right next to the parking lot where you'd park and ride to the ski area. 1 block from the business district of the town of Crested Butte.

Getting Around:
Easy to walk or take a bus around the area.

Great location and space for family visit during snow season

Great location on Elk St. that allowed everything we needed in town to be accessible on foot. Living and dining areas were spacious and comfortable. Parking spot was nice and convenient. Communication with property management team was excellent. Bathroom plumbing fixtures in bathtub/showers could be updated. We didn’t bring our pets but we will next time! Would definitely stay again!

Great few days!

Had a great time in this cute, close to everything, dog friendly house! Everything you need, even came with double rainbows & bears! We plan on returning. Very responsive property managers. Thanks for a great place!

Beautiful Home, Close to town

This is a beautiful home that sits in a great location in Crested Butte. It's easy to walk to town and our dog loved it! The pictures do not do the house justice and we would definitely stay again. The property manager was also quick to respond to anything we needed.

Great location and dog friendly!

Couldn't have had a better location in Crested Butte! This home is only steps from all the restaurants on Elk Ave and a block away from the ski shuttle. This home is very spacious and we loved being able to have our dog with us. This home had classic Crested Butte charm. We had some issues with the TV but management responded and even came by to trouble shoot. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location in Crested Butte

We loved our stay at this house. It was cute and cozy- perfect for a mountain get away. The location was great- just a short walk to the shuttle stop to take you up to the mountain. Our dog loved playing in the snow in the backyard.

Great spot

This is such a great location and we had a good stay. There were a few little things like broken chairs and loose screens, which we emailed the property manager about but never heard back. Nothing major though and overall it's amazing to be in such a central location with a big fenced yard. Would stay again.

Ski get away

Cute little home, right in the heart of town. Perfect location for catching the town bus to ski (just a block away) or walking to town. We loved that we could bring our pup with us for this trip!!

Great Ski house

The location could not have been better. A very short walk to the shuttle that takes you to the Mt. Crested Butte resort. Easy walks into town up Elk Ave to get the the restaurants, breweries and shops. The house itself was perfect for a couple. Nice big kitchen and family room and a spacious master bedroom upstairs. Extra bedroom could be OK for kids. We just used it to store stuff. And a really nice view out the from he front windows. Just a great place. If we return to ski Crested Butte, we'd definitely want to stay at Pooches Paradise again.

Perfect location!

The check in process was a breeze, the property was very clean and had all the amenities you would expect. This house is perfect! Easy walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and bars in Crested Butte! Just a 5 min walk to the shuttle to Mt Crested Butte for skiing! We loved our stay and definitely coming back and staying here again.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our Christmas stay at 611 Elk. The home was nice and location is in a prime spot but still quiet. We chose this home due to the pet policy and it was very nice for our family of four and dog. Would stay again.

Awesome location and fun mountain house vibe!

My friend and I traveled to CB for two nights with my 28lb pup and had a great time in this location. Super close to downtown but feels like a mountain-y house. Would 100% stay here again!
