The Space:

This great 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sits in the Pitchfork neighborhood, just a 1-minute walk to the free shuttle to the ski resort, with the recreation path connecting to downtown Crested Butte (an easy 3-mile drive south) just steps away. The home is a 3-story property with unobstructed views—west from the back and toward Mt. Crested Butte from the front.



The main living level, on the 2nd floor, features a living room with a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a TV with Spectrum.



The main level holds two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom: the front bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk bed, and the second has a queen bed. The finished basement level below offers a third bedroom with a queen bed and a TV with surround sound and DVD/Spectrum capability, plus a full bathroom with a steam shower and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.



The home also includes a small 1-car garage with plenty of storage for gear—a fantastic base for making memories throughout the Crested Butte area.

All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



2 parking spaces come with the house with one being in the garage and one being in the driveway only. No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

The Neighborhood:

The Pitchfork neighborhood is a nice mix of local and 2nd homeowners. There is a shuttle stop at the turnaround as you pull into the area and easily gotten to on foot from anywhere in the subdivision.



Getting Around:

Use the free shuttle that stops at the turnaround just as you enter Pitchfork to catch the free bus to the base area. From there you can catch another shuttle to the town of Crested Butte.
