  • Esta es una casa con encanto en el extremo oeste de la ciudad codiciado! Se sienta en un lote con madurez ajardinado con árboles extraordinariamente altos que dan sombra a la casa en el verano y proporcionan privacidad durante todo el año.
    La planta principal de la casa está configurado con 2 espacios de estar separadas, una cocina totalmente equipada y muy funcional y un dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio y baño en suite. Hay un precioso patio fuera de la habitación y la parte posterior sala de estar para disfrutar del calor del verano. Si bien no podrá disfrutar de las camas del jardín maduros para añadir un poco de color a su día.
    La planta alta tiene 2 dormitorios y 1 cuarto de baño, así como un rincón de la oficina que tiene un conjunto de literas dobles. Las habitaciones tienen 2 gemelos en uno y una reina en la otra.
    La casa tiene un montón de grandes espacios para permitir un poco de tiempo tranquilo para cualquiera que se aloje aquí.
    Está a 2 cuadras de la cuadra 100 de Elk Ave, lo suficientemente lejos para disfrutar de la paz y la serenidad que Crested Butte tiene para ofrecer y, sin embargo, lo suficientemente cerca como para caminar a cualquier cosa.

    Estás a 3 cuadras de la parada de autobús para el servicio de transporte gratuito de la ciudad. El Town Shuttle gratuito te lleva entre Crested Butte y Mt. Butte Con Cresta.

We loved this house on gothic ave! It was cozy for our family, but still had plenty of room to spread out. I loved having my coffee by the fireplace in the morning, and my kids loved being able to walk to town for shopping and ice cream. We will be back!

Mary was very responsive and helpful when she learned that my husband was on crutches. The house was perfect for five of us. The kitchen has everything you need. Lots of fun games and two great living rooms.

Perfect Created Butte weekend

This was our second year staying at this home in crested butte and we loved it just as much this time as the last. The location is amazing, the accommodations are great, kitchen is great for cooking as a group, the fireplace is cozy (but very hard to turn off) and we look forward to coming back again next year!

Charming home with fantastic fireplace.

Great location if you like in-town Crested Butte. Easy walk to the bus stop and restaurants plus of street parking. The classic, log atmosphere and big stone fireplace made it a great hangout after skiing. It was a great choice!

This is a beautiful home! There were puzzles, games and books to enjoy during some downtime. It is a very easy walk to all the downtown stores and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed for some baking. Check in was super easy. I gave skiing a neutral three stars because we visited in October. It’s off-season. So I can’t rate it at all. But we rented an ATV and enjoyed some beautiful trails. We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay!

The five of us made it up for a winter visit, skiing and the whole nine yards. Gothic Charmer is in a very peaceful part of town, close to everything (walkable!) but basically set in an aspen glade beyond the through-traffic. Winter views of Crested Butte and a few peaks to the north. The cabin itself was peaceful, too, wonderfully low-key and cozy. It was neat to relax in the living room by the massive stone fireplace, set among walls of rough-hewn log, wood floors with nice rug, and a relaxed old-time feel. Overall, it was a nice mix of rustic and more modern. There’s a lot more room than you’d first think, too - nice quiet master suite in back to one side, rec room out in back on the other. Loved the stained glass flourish in the dining room. Kids loved the bedrooms upstairs. The home was really well appointed, lots to cook with, lots of extra blankets and towels. We especially appreciated clean towels and bedding, without heavily-scented perfume :) Entry foyer had lots of room for boots and winter gear. Alpine Management was wonderfully responsive and hospitable, too, thank you! We had a question about the stove, got it straightened out in under an hour. They were definitely on top of snow removal, we arrived to two big off-street parking spaces, nice and clear, and the caretaker made sure we were happy with accommodations. We hope to stay again soon :)

Love this place!

We love this property and have enjoyed multiple stays. The only downside this stay I would say was a slight decline in maintenance. Just needs a good deep clean/yard work and attention to detail (maybe some new pillows and a double check on appliance and fireplace function). Still love it and will be back!

Fabulous house, great location, with everything you need!

This house is in a great location with restaurants, shops and the shuttle bus just a couple of blocks walking distance. House was fully stocked, with lots of extras, so you just need to bring food. Period. Impressive property!

Cool rustic cabin in town

We wished we’d stayed longer and brought the kids. Plenty of room and lots and games and activities. The tv room and the fireplace room would be great to entertain a crowd. The location was an easy 2 block walk to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed it.

Great home and location!

Really great home. Excellent location and close to downtown Crested Butte. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. Bear repellent if we had wanted to go hiking. Saucers for the kids if they wanted to sled. Even a wagon to pull out 3-year old around so that we could hike. A few Childrens books, hiking maps, local books, and lots of games for all ages. Great place to stay!

Loved 10 Gothic!

This property is all you can hope for in Crested Butte. Thoughtfully updated historic home, classic Colorado interior, lots of room to sleep, and a kitchen that has everything you need. The location is perfect - 2 short blocks from town, 2 short blocks to hiking, at the end of a quiet street. Book this place if you can get it.

Lovely

Loved the house and the location. Backyard was beautiful and the perfect place to relax. Kitchen was well stocked. Two perfect/cozy areas to hang out inside, great for kids. Would stay here again.

10 Gothic is a terrific house and a fabulous location. Comfortable and convenient for our family visiting CB for a friends wedding.
