The Space:

It just doesn`t get any more convenient than this condo at Columbine. Situated at the top of the hill overlooking the ski resort with Ski-out / Ski-in access you are in the midst of all the activity during the day and perched on top of the world with Incredible views at night. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit was completely remodeled recently to include a fabulous kitchen and baths, slate flooring, new stainless appliances, new beds, and flat panel TV`s. Upon entering the unit you can`t help but feel warm and comfortable with the easy layout accommodating up to 7 people.



When you walk through the front door, you are in the open living room, dining room, and kitchen. This is the perfect area to enjoy the warmth of a wood burning fire after a big day of adventures. The kitchen has been remodeled and is well stocked for a big dinner, after which, you could gather around the large table for game night. 



Also on the main level are two bedrooms- a queen bedroom with in-suite bathroom and the kids room with a bunk bed and twin extra twin. The kids have their own full bathroom down the hall with walk in shower all to themselves. Up the winding staircase is the room with the great views! Here you'll find another queen bed and another full bathroom. There's few lines in this condo, since each bedroom can enjoy a designated place to get ready and clean up. 



 After a hard day on the slopes or a leisurely hike you can relax in the hot tub or grill out on one of the gas grills in the common area. Sitting in the oversized Hot Tub at night and overlooking the lights of the resort and town is one of the best ways to unwind and enjoy your Crested Butte vacation. With accommodations like this, you may never want to leave!



Mountain Access:

In the winter, walk just a few feet out your front door, snap into your skis, and glide down to the Red Lady or Silver Queen lifts. It`s beginner to intermediate terrain from the condo to the base area so having the kids ski down to ski school is no problem. In the summer, you've got the exact same access to the best mountain biking and hiking trails of Mt. Crested Butte. 



This property is also serviced by the new First Tracks free shuttle system. Click on the QR code in your welcome app and request a ride to the base area where you can ski or catch a shuttle down to town for shopping and dining. They come right to the property and it's FREE!
