    Esta hermosa casa está ubicada en el corazón del centro histórico de Crested Butte. Está a un corto paseo de todos los restaurantes, tiendas y festividades que el centro tiene para ofrecer.     Esta casa cuenta con tres dormitorios y dos baños. En el piso de entrada encontrará la sala de estar bellamente amueblada con una chimenea de gas, área de comedor, bar y cocina renovada con encimeras de mármol, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y perfectamente surtida para sus necesidades culinarias. En esta planta también es una habitación de matrimonio y un baño 3/4. En el segundo nivel se encuentra un amplio y soleado dormitorio principal con una cama king, sala de estar privada y TV de pantalla plana. Al final del pasillo está la sala "Art Studio". Una vez utilizado como un estudio de arte, esta habitación de dos niveles es amplio y un lugar perfecto para los niños con 2 camas individuales y una cama doble w / nido y un montón de espacio para moverse. También en este nivel es un hermoso baño completo.

    Haga su camino hacia el patio trasero impecablemente ajardinada y terraza de atrás y disfrutar de la tranquilidad de su entorno y las vistas que rodean la ciudad de Crested Butte. Grill de su cena en la gran terraza de atrás y cuando la tarde se pone un poco de frío, encender un fuego en la chimenea al aire libre en la cubierta.

Biking get away

Came to CB for mountain biking, great location for trails and bike park plus right in the heart of town for convenient dinner/drink options.

Great home for our family in a can’t beat location. One block off of elk street (main rd), with plenty of space for our entire family (and then some). Fenced in backyard was great for our pup too!

Great home, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay at this home in Crested Butte. Great location, very clean and wonderful that we could bring our dog. She loved the fenced in yard. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to CB.

Perfect Place in Crested Butte

Our families loved staying here. The house is spacious, clean, and cozy. And has some great toys and games to keep the kids entertained. It's an easy walk downtown and to the bus stop.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. It was comfortable and cozy and had everything that we needed. Plus, the location is perfect as it is only a few minutes walk from downtown. Thank you for letting us rent your property!

Perfect Location

Lovely, well-kept home in the heart of Crested Butte town center. Perfect for two small families with separate rooms for the adults and a shared room with four twin beds for the children. Close to restaurants and shopping, as well as, hiking the Woods Walk and Lower Loop. We can't wait to visit again soon!

300" of snow in CB

The stay was wonderful. We wanted a snowy spring break and we sure got it! A winter wonderland. The property was in the perfect location to walk downtown. There was plenty of space with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable living space.

Perfect Location

Couldn't have been a better spot... cute, cozy, had everything we needed for a girls' weekend away. The outdoor space is lovely too! My only suggestion would be adding a smart tv or some way to access netflix, but otherwise, perfection!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The house was perfect for our group of 5, and everything was as advertised. Only thing we would improve as owners of multiple VRBO properties is communication via the app rather than email (a small thing).

Wonderful location.

Great house and we loved the outdoor fireplace. Peak was responsive in dealing with any problems we had. Hope to stay there again.

Perfect spot for a Cozy Christmas

This house was ideally located one block off Elk Ave, close to shuttle to go to the mountain. Easy access everywhere. I’ve stayed in My Crested Butte many times but loved the ability to take a quick walk anywhere in town.This house has everything you need including space to spread out with family town.

Very cosy and comfortable

Loved our stay here at thanksgiving! Talk about a fully stocked kitchen. Every cooking item you would need! Bedrooms have plenty of space and the beds are super comfy! The house has a homey vibe and very comfortable. Walking distance to all the shops restaurants etc. Definitely staying here again!

Great rental!

This home was wonderful! Fully stocked kitchen and clean room. Also, the house is right in town so walking to the shops and dinner was easy. Also, the bus to the mountain was just a block outside the door which made for easy skiing. The home couldn't have been more convenient. We really enjoyed our stay!

Family Getaway

We had an amazing time at Crested Butte. We were with our adult children. The home was amazing for us - the rooms are generously sized and we loved sitting on the back porch and enjoying the rear yard. The kitchen was well stocked. We went hiking and enjoyed the restaurants and stores downtown that were only steps away. We highly recommend!

Perfect location

Perfect location. Walking distance to Elk street with all the shops and restaurants, as well as to various trail heads which made things super convenient. House was pleasant and comfortable. Downstairs bath is a bit small esp for 2 people to share but overall nice accommodations and fenced in back yard. We brought our dogs and they were very comfortable. One suggestion would be to have a couple of bicycles on property for guests to use during their stay.

Cute house

Such a cute house. Plenty of room. House was stocked with essentials and even some extras. Nothing but a great experience! Would definitely stay here again. The big kids could walk to the Main Street and check out the shops. We walked to dinner too. Loved it!

Gem in the heart of CB!

Live like a local! At least we got to pretend for a bit that we live in this beautiful town. This charming home is well appointed with a comfortable den and a fully stocked kitchen. We spent our nights in the backyard in the cool of the night gazing at the stars. Parking was a breeze - right in front of the house. Hoping to stay hear next summer.

Awesome House with Perfect Town Location

I have stayed in CB 20 times and this might be my favorite house we have stayed at. Such a beautiful house with all the amenities. Loved the back deck with gas grill and table and chairs for chilling out after a long day at the river, lake, or mountain bike trails. Loved how close we were to restaurants and how quiet the neighborhood was so close to restaurants. House was super comfortable with 2 refrigerators and and great washer/dryer. Our group was a family of 5 and the beds were super comfy. This house would very comfortably accommodate 8 people.
