"The hotel is hard to find and the parking is even harder to find. I tried calling and was on "auto" hold for the 35 minutes that it took me to find the place and no one ever actually answered the phone. One positive, holy cows the mattress that I slept on was pure heaven."

"The hotel charged $70 extra, saying it was taxes and a booking fee. It was not on the invoice. Now they are saying it was a late check out charge. That was totally not true, especially since they charged it the night before. The free breakfast that was advertised was not available."

"This was a sister‘s weekend getaway. We loved the look of the property from the moment we walked into the lobby. The staff was extremely helpful at check-in, Shout out to Shan.
